The wonderful thing about the world of skiing and snowboarding is that there is always something new to experience.
Don’t wait for winter to get back on your skis or boards hitting an indoor slope before winter means that you can work on areas of your ski technique in preparation for the season, including moguls, steeps and freerides. That way you don’t lose a day at the beginning of your ski holiday trying to find your rhythm.
Indoor snow centres are also generally quieter during the summer and autumn months, giving you more space to let loose on the slopes.

White lines rail jam
The Whitelines Rail Jam Tour is back with a vengeance. The new ‘November Knockout’ concept brings an exciting new twist to the tried and tested jam format 2012 kicked off at Tamworth SnowDome on the 10th November and will end at Milton Keynes Snozone: 30th November.
Here’s how it’s all gonna go down: Riders will session the full open slope style course before the top eight or sixteen riders progress through to the knockout stages (dependent on the number of riders that show up and the overall standard of riding).
These qualifiers will then be randomly paired up, going head-to-head on an epic plaza-style feature*, with only one rider from each pairing progressing to the next stage. The tournament style knockout format will cut the riders down to just two for a three run super final. Riders will be able to track their progress on a tournament chart at the bottom of the course.
The Milton Keynes Snozone is situated about 10 minutes from junction 14 of the M1. You can see the Xscape complex that houses the slope from the M1 and the building dominates the skyline for miles around.
